I was called a Hipster today. I also recieved my Shorewood property tax bill today. Perhaps the new Milwaukee Hipster wears long johns, has a house that always smells faintly of pee, and is thrilled to get a new iron for Christmas.

Following family tradition, Viv has developed a cold and fever on Christmas Eve. Nothing serious, just enough to dampen her spirits a bit. On second thought, maybe a fever-mellowed toddler is a Christmas blessing! Posted with Blogsy

Viv doesn’t “get” Christmas yet, but she does understand that something is in the air. She says the lights are pretty, wants to open pressies, and has stated cookie preferences. Just like her Papa.

So much for Viv’s special birthday dress…she left for daycare all dolled up and returned as the true ragamuffin she is. She’s two!
